Mosaic Intercultural Solutions helps governments, organisations and communities bring together first and second generation Australians, First Nations Australians, and 3rd+ generation Australians so they can meet, talk, have a laugh, share positive experiences, understand each other, feel they belong, and live well together. We help Australia make the most of its uniquely successful cultural, faith and language diversity.
Led by Lynda Ford OAM, Australia’s only internationally recognised Intercultural Expert, Mosaic brings together a collective of the right people, qualifications, insight and expertise for each project.
We work across policy, practice, design, systems and communities, guiding institutions move from the focus on multicultural (lots of cultures) to focus on intercultural interaction. Our team is as diverse as our industry, community and government clients. We differ in age, ethnicity, country of birth, faith, geographic location and length of experience in our professions.
